This three-bedroom master duplex villa features a heated outdoor pool and a yard equipped with a gazebo. It is located in Khorin village, Mehrabad, approximately 10 km from Rudehen and about 40 km from the entrance to Tehran city.
The accommodation is designed as a duplex. The first floor includes a living room, kitchen, and a Western-style toilet with a bathroom. The second floor comprises three master bedrooms, each with a bathroom and Western-style toilet.
A billiard table in the reception hall, equipped with a sound system, along with garden table and chairs, a gazebo, and a barbecue in the yard, provides an ideal space for guests' entertainment and gatherings.
Please note that the villa's tap water is supplied from a well and is not suitable for drinking. Therefore, it is recommended to bring bottled water. Additionally, the accommodation's fuel for heating and cooking is supplied by a 2-ton LPG tank.
The property's yard is enclosed by a wall, and a 24-hour guard resides in the neighboring property. For enhanced security, the entrance gate, premises, entrance to the living area, and the alley are equipped with CCTV cameras.
Dear guests will have access to a supermarket and bakery with approximately a 5-minute drive for their daily necessities.
The mobile network coverage for both Hamrah-e Aval and Irancell operators is good for calls, and internet access is 4G. Free Wi-Fi is also provided for guests.
The last 300 meters of the access road to the accommodation are graveled and passable for all types of vehicles.
It is important to note that the fourth bedroom located on the third floor is locked and unavailable for use.
