این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با حیاطی سرسبز در توابع شهر لیسار واقع شده است.
حیاط اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در بعضی از اوقات در سوئیت داخل حیاط سکونت دارد و همچنین نماینده میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری اقامتگاه استفاده نمایند.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
