این سوئیت دو خوابه در طبقه بالا یک ساختمان سه طبقه سه واحدی با دسترسی حدود 20 پله در کومله واقع شده است که تا لنگرود حدود 5 کیلومتر و تا لاهیجان حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محوطه اقامتگاه محصور و میزبان نیز در واحد مجاور و در همین طبقه سکونت دارد، همچنین به منظور تامین و حفظ امنیت اقامتگاه به 4 دوربین مداربسته مجهز شده است که محیط اطراف و دروازه ورودی که با میزبان مشترک است را پوشش می دهد.
لازم به ذکر است آپارتمان فاقد پارکینگ می باشد اما کوچه منتهی به اقامتگاه از فضای مناسبی برای پارک چند خودرو برخوردار است.
