این اتاق 24 متری ( فاقد امکانات پخت و پز ) با یک تخت دو نفره، دو تخت یک نفره، یخچال و سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی با حمام مهیای استفاده مهمانان می باشد.
این مجموعه اقامتی که مجهز به دوربین مداربسته و واحد پذیرش و نگهبانی است، دارای فضای نشیمن، پارکینگ و آلاچیق مشترک و رستوران با امکان سرو غذاهای محلی البته با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه می باشد.
فاصله اقامتگاه تا سوپرمارکت حدود 200 متر و نانوایی حدود 2 کیلومتر می باشد، همچنین امکان سفارش نان محلی با هماهنگی و پرداخت هزینه میسر است.
کیفیت خطوط شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
