این خانه مبله دو خوابه در طبقه دوم (با حدود 10 پله دسترسی) یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی با ایوان و بهارخواب، حیاطی دنج و دلباز در روستای سرسبز و خوش آب و هوای زردلجه واقع شده است که از شهر ماسوله حدود 12 کیلومتر و از شهر فومن حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محوطه اقامتگاه با دیوار کحصور شده است، همچنین میزبان در طبقه همکف سکونت دارد و دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک با میزبان مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند با طی مسافت حدود یک کیلومتر به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی داشته باشند.
