این منزل مبله یکخوابه در طبقه اول یک ساختمان دو طبقه در مجاورت دو ویلای دیگر در روستای دراز محله خرجگیل با حیاط نقلی و چشم انداز کوه و جنگل واقع شده که تا شهر اسالم حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محوطه اطراف اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور است و میزبان در طبقه بالا اقامتگاه سکونت دارد و حیاط و دروازه ورودی به صورت مشترک با میزبان و ساکنین واحد های دیگر قابل استفاده است.
جهت تامین مایحتاج روزانه، سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 100 متری و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 400 متری اقامتگاه در دسترس هستند.
