این اتاق 20 متری با طراحی کاه گلی در یک مجموعه بوم گردی در روستای خرگرد و در نزدیکی خواف واقع شده است.
اتاق فاقد سرویس بهداشتی، حمام و آشپزخانه اختصاصی می باشد.
محیط اطراف اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور شده و ورودی و محوطه به دوربین مداربسته مجهز است.
مشاعات مجموعه سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی و فرنگی، حمام، آشپزخانه، آلاچیق، فضای نشیمن حیاط، فضای پارکینگ و در حیاط می باشد، همچنین میزبان در همین محوطه سکونت دارد.
