این ویلا یکخوابه به همراه استخر سرپوشیده آبگرم، جکوزی و حیاطی دنج در محیطی امن و آرام در روستای مازوپشته واقع شده است که تا مرکز شهر چالوس حدود 4 کیلومتر و تا نمک آبرود حدود 15 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی این اقامتگاه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین با دسترسی 5 پله دارای پذیرایی، اشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی و ایرانی می باشد و لازم به ذکر است طبقه بالای این ویلا در حال حاضر قابل استفاده نمی باشد.
