این اقامتگاه فاقد پارکینگ اختصاصی است و واحد نگهبانی 24 ساعته در ساختمان مستقر است، همچنین به جهت حفظ امنیت بیشتر ورودی ساختمان مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 100 متری استفاده نمایند.
