Villa with pool in Hooreh - Sadegh Abad

This furnished one-bedroom house, featuring a foosball table, is located on the first floor of a two-story building with a spacious yard, adjacent to a lush garden and the Zayandeh Rood river, in the Ouzan Chai neighborhood, part of Sadegh Abad village. It is approximately 47 km from Saman city center.
The adjacent garden, along with a private cold-water outdoor pool, a ping-pong table, a fire pit, a swing, and a gazebo, is exclusively available to guests.
The area around the garden is fenced on all four sides, and the yard is enclosed by a wall. The host occasionally resides on the second floor, and the entrance gate and yard are shared with the host. For added security, CCTV cameras are installed overlooking the garden and yard.
Guests can access a supermarket and bakery by traveling approximately 500 meters. Mobile network quality for Hamrah-e Avval operator is good for calls and 4G internet coverage, but Irancell lacks services.
It should be noted that about 30 meters of the path leading to the house is unpaved (dirt road) and accessible by all types of vehicles.
Zaman Khan Bridge and Bibi Maryam Shrine are tourist attractions in the Saman region.
There is an approximately four-meter access road between the villa building and the villa garden, which leads to the river.
