این اتاق 12 متری با ظرفیت حداکثر 3 نفر در طبقه دوم با دسترسی حدود 20 پله یک ساختمان سه طبقه در محیطی امن و خوش آب و هوای روستای گلین و با فاصله حدود 46 کیلومتری از شهر سنندج واقع شده است.
اتاق دارای سرویس خواب سنتی، یک شعله بخاری گازی، کولر آبی می باشد و آشپزخانه مرکزی جهت گرم کردن غذا، تراس و سرویس ایرانی با حمام و فرنگی سیار نیز به صورت مشترک با دیگر مهمانان قابل استفاده است و میزبان در طبقه سوم اقامتگاه سکونت دارد.
میهمانان گرامی جهت دسترسی به اقامتگاه باید خودرو خود را در فاصله حدود 100 متری از اقامتگاه در پارکینگ عمومی پارک کرده و به صورت پیاده به واحد دسترسی داشته باشند.
همچنین جهت تهیه مایحتاج مورد نیاز اقامت سوپرمارکت و نانوایی محلی در فاصله حدود 100 متری از اقامتگاه دسترسی خواهند داشت.
در این اقامتگاه سرو غذاهای محلی با هماهنگی از قبل و پرداخت هزینه مجزا امکان پذیر است.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت برای ایرانسل 4G و برای همراه اول ضعیف می باشد و اقامتگاه دارای اینترنت وای فای رایگان نیز است.
