این خانه دوبلکس دو خوابه با دسترسی حدود 12 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی در روستای پیرصفا واقع شده است که با مریوان حدود 15 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این اقامتگاه در ضلع غربی دریاچه زریبار قرار داشته اما با اسکله قایقرانی حدود 15 کیلومتر فاصله دارد، همچنین دارای چشم انداز جنگل و کوه های زاگرس می باشد و در حدود 3 کیلومتری شهر لک لک ها واقع شده است.
