این سوئیت 60 متری یکخوابه در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه در محیطی دلباز و سرسبز در روستای حسین کوه واقع شده که تا شهر فومن حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محوطه اقامتگاه با دیوار حصار شده و میزبان در طبقه بالای این ساختمان ساکن است.
قابل ذکر است دروازه ورودی و حیاط با میزبان و مهمانان ساکن در واحد مجاور به صورت مشترک استفاده می شود.
