این خانه ویلایی سه خوابه با محیطی آرام در نزدیکی ساحل در جزیره زیبای هرمز واقع شده است.
محیط اطراف حیاط اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور شده و سرویس ایرانی در حیاط قرار دارد.
آب مصرفی منطقه فاقد کیفیت مطلوب برای آشامیدن می باشد و مهمانان گرامی آب معدنی بهتر است به همراه داشته باشند و گفتی است سوخت منطقه از کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود.
مهمانان گرامی جهت تهیه مایحتاج مورد نیاز اقامت با طی مسافت حدود 100 متر به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی خواهند داشت.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و اینترنت نیز به صورت 4g است.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 15 متر مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت خاکی می باشد.
اسکله و ساحل سرخ، بازارچه صنایع دستی، دره رنگین کمان ها و دره مجسمه ها چند مورد از جاذبه های این جزیره شگفت انگیز و دوست داشتنی است.
