این سوئیت های نقلی یکخوابه با تراسی دلباز رو به کوه و جنگل در طبقه اول یک ساختمان 4 طبقه 4 واحدی در روستای پاقعله و با فاصله حدود 20 کیلومتری از شهر رامیان واقع شده است.
ساختمان اقامتگاه در شیب زمین بنا شده که از این رو واحد با حدود 35 پله در دسترس است و محوطه با دیوار کوتاه محصور است، همچنین سرایدار در حیاط حضور دارد و جهت امنیت بیشتر محوطه به دوربین مداربسته مجهز شده است.
