This room has a gas heater and a window evaporative cooler. The central kitchen and public restrooms are shared in the courtyard.
The shared and spacious courtyard area of the complex is enclosed by a wall, and the host also resides on the accommodation premises.
Access to a bakery and supermarket is possible with approximately a 2-minute walk, and about 30 meters of the road leading to the accommodation is unpaved.
The quality of mobile phone network lines for Irancell and Hamrah-e Aval operators is good for calls, but the internet is weak.
