این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با ایوان و حیاط سرسبز و دلباز در روستای کلرم واقع شده که تا شهر فومن حدود 30 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محوطه حیاط با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان هم در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین جهت تامین مایحتاج روزانه، سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 2 کیلومتری اقامتگاه در دسترس هستند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای اپراتور ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد اما اپراتور همراه اول از کیفیت خدمات مطلوبی برخوردار نیست.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 100 متر مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت خاکی و هموار می باشد.
قلعه رودخان، ماسوله و غار خون فوشه، آبشار لارچشمه، قلعه شاه معلم، دوازده کاروانسرا تنها بخشی از جاذبه های گردشگری قابل دسترسی از این اقامتگاه می باشد.
