این اتاق مستر با طراحی چوبی، بالکنی دلباز و چشم انداز زیبا با ظرفیت حداکثر 4 نفر در طبقه همکف یک اقامتگاه بوم گردی (7 واحدی) دو طبقه با دسترسی حدود 4 پله در سراوان واقع شده که تا شهر رشت حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این اتاق 40 متری ( فاقد امکانات آشپزخانه ) دارای 4 عدد سرویس خواب سنتی، حمام با سرویس فرنگی، بخاری گازی و اسپیلت می باشد.
از مشاعات این مجموعه می توان به رستوران مرکزی و حیاطی دلباز اشاره کرد.
اطراف حیاط اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور و مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد، همچنین اقامتگاه دارای واحد پذیرش و نگهبانی 24 ساعته است.
سفارش صبحانه، نهار و شام همچون ماهی، ترشی تره، خوراک ماهی و میرزراقاسمی با پرداخت هزینه جداگانه و هماهنگی قبلی با میزبان امکانپذیر می باشد.
نانوایی و سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 500 متری قابل دسترس می باشد و کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4G است.
لازم به ذکر است که حدود 400 متر از مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی می باشد.
کاروانسرای شاه عباسی، موزه و پارک جنگلی سراوان و بازار امام زاده هاشم از جمله جاذبه ها و اماکن دیدنی اطراف این منطقه است که هر ساله مورد توجه گردشگران بی شماری قرار می گیرد.
