این سوئیت مبله دو خوابه با دسترسی حدود 15 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه سه واحدی در شهر پارسیان واقع شده است.
محوطه اطراف اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در طبقه پایین همین ساختمان به صورت سکونت دارد، همچنین ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک با ساکنین واحد دیگر استفاده می گردد.
اینه سوئیت فاقد پارکینگ اختصاصی است ولی امکان پارک خودرو در مقابل ساختمان فراهم می باشد.
