This five-bedroom villa, three of which are master bedrooms, is located in Sūzā city, approximately 2 km from the beach and 30 km from the beautiful city of Qeshm. Amenities include an outdoor pool and a spacious courtyard equipped with a gazebo and attractive spaces for gatherings and evening parties. The villa's design features a suite comprising a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a Western toilet. Additionally, there are three master bedrooms, another kitchen, and an Iranian toilet, each situated separately within the courtyard area. The villa's premises are enclosed by a wall, and the host resides in the neighborhood. Food service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is available upon prior arrangement and separate payment. Guests can find a supermarket and bakery approximately 500 to 800 meters from the villa for their daily needs. Please note that the tap water at the accommodation is not suitable for drinking; therefore, it is recommended to bring bottled water. Also, the accommodation's fuel is supplied via LPG cylinders. Mobile network coverage for Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls, and internet access is 4G.
