این ویلا دو خوابه استخردار با حیاطی محوطه سازی شده در روستای نوخاله اکبری از توابع تولم شهر واقع شده است که حدود 20 کیلومتر با شهر رشت فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر و میز و صندلی باغی فضایی جذاب را جهت تفریح و سرگرمی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
دسترسی به واحد با طی حدود 5 پله امکان‌پذیر است و فضای داخلی واحد شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می‌باشد.
محوطه این ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است و به منظور حفظ امنیت، مجهز به دوربین مداربسته در قسمت دروازه ورودی به سمت کوچه می‌باشد.
آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت اشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
کیفیت آنتن‌دهی اپراتورهای ایرانسل و همراه اول برای مکالمه مناسب و اینترنت به صورت 4g در دسترس می‌باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می‌توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 200 متری و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 400 متری استفاده نمایند.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 50 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می‌باشد.
