This one-bedroom Swiss cottage with a cozy terrace equipped with a table and chairs and a beautiful view is located next to 3 other units in the heart of the forest in a safe and peaceful environment in Zanus village, with a mild and mountainous climate, approximately 45 km from Chalus Road and about 70 km from Nowshahr.
The cottage design features a lower level with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom with a Western toilet, and an upper level, accessible via approximately 8 steps, which has one open-plan bedroom.
The shared courtyard area of the accommodation is fenced, and a 24-hour security unit is stationed within the complex.
Please note that the complex lacks city gas piping and electricity; electricity is supplied by two generators, and gas is provided via liquid gas cylinders and oil.
For daily necessities, esteemed guests can reach a supermarket and bakery within the complex with approximately a 10-minute drive.
The mobile network coverage quality for both Hamrah Aval and Irancell operators is good for calls, but internet access is weak. However, free Wi-Fi internet is provided to guests.
The last kilometer of the access road to the unit is unpaved and passable by all types of vehicles, but it should be noted that during rainfall, the road becomes impassable, and coordination with the host is required for access to the accommodation. Guests will then be transferred to the unit free of charge by a provided Patrol vehicle.
This tourist complex is nestled in the heart of the forest with pristine and beautiful nature, accompanied by the sound of birds and the pleasant gurgle of a stream that flows through the tourist courtyard, adjacent to the cottage, with a small waterfall and an excellent view of the mountains, rocks, forest, and natural landscapes. A free wooden gazebo provides a suitable space for gatherings and recreation for guests.
At this accommodation, with prior coordination with the host, for every five nights booked, the sixth night will be calculated as free for guests.
