این ویلا دو خوابه مستر با استخر سرپوشیده آبگرم، جکوزی، حیاطی دلباز در منطقه مشکین دشت واقع شده است که حدود 3 کیلومتر با فردیس و حدود 15 کیلومتر با شهر کرج فاصله دارد.
طراحی این ویلا به گونه ای است که طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، استخر، جکوزی و حمام با سرویس فرنگی و ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب مستر، سالن نشیمن و بالکن قرار دارد.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و به منظور برقراری امنیت ویلا به دوربین مداربسته مجهز شده است که دروازه ورودی را پوشش می دهد، همچنین نگهبان در همسایگی است.
گفتنی است آب لوله کشی ویلا از طریق تانکر 2000 هزار لیتری تامین می شود که فاقد کیفیت لازم برای آشامیدن می باشد، بنابراین پیشنهاد می شود برای آشامیدن آب معدنی همراه داشته باشید.
