این خانه روستایی با ایوانی دلنشین و حیاطی دلباز در روستای دوستلات واقع شده است که با شهر سیاهکل حدود 15 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
خانه در طبقه همکف دارای حمام با سرویس ایرانی و در طبقه دوم دارای ایوان به همراه آشپزخانه و دو اتاق 9 متری و در طبقه سوم دارای یک اتاق (بهارخواب) می باشد.
محوطه اطراف حیاط از چهار طرف با نی محصور شده است و میزبان در محوطه سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 200 متری از خانه استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
