این اتاق 12 متری با ظرفیت 4 نفر در یک اقامتگاه بوم گردی (3 واحدی) در طبقه روی همکف با دسترسی حدود 12 پله در روستای سیور واقع شده است که تا شهر سمیرم حدود 60 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این اتاق دارای 4 سرویس کف خواب و یک شعله بخاری گازی می باشد، همچنین در نظر داشته باشید که اقامتگاه فاقد حمام است.
از مشاعات این مجموعه می توان به آلاچیق، حیاط، آشپزخانه مرکزی و سرویس ایرانی (در حیاط) اشاره کرد.
اطراف حیاط اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور است میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه فاصله اقامتگاه تا سوپرمارکت حدود 100 متر و نانوایی حدود یک کیلومتر می باشد.
آنتن دهی تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
