این ویلا دوبلکس 3 خوابه که دو اتاق خواب آن مستر است با استخر آبگرم در روستای هچیرود با فاصله حدود 10 کیلومتری از چالوس واقع شده است.
طراحی اقامتگاه به گونه ایست که در طبقه اول پذیرایی، استخر، آشپزخانه می باشد و سه اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی با حمام، سرویس فرنگی با حمام در طبقه بالا با دسترسی حدود 12 پله قرار دارد.
استخر سرپوشیده آبگرم با تصفیه اتوماتیک 24 ساعته به ابعاد 6 در 3 متر و عمق 1.5 متر آماده استفاده مهمانان می باشد.
محوطه اطراف اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور است و برای تهیه مایحتاج مورد نیاز اقامت سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله 200 متری از اقامتگاه در دسترس است.
