This furnished two-bedroom villa with a beautiful view and a spacious terrace, featuring amenities such as an indoor pool, jacuzzi, and a relaxation swing, and accessible via approximately 8 steps, is located in a single-unit, two-story building in the pleasant village of Piyazkesh, part of the Dalakhani forest region, about 20 km from Ramsar city.
The house is designed with a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and Iranian and Western toilets. Access to the pool is from the terrace, down approximately 12 steps.
The house's surroundings are fenced on one side and open on the other three sides. The host resides close to the house. For daily necessities, a supermarket is accessible within about 200 meters. Please note that the village does not have a bakery, so it is recommended to purchase bread before arriving at the accommodation.
The mobile network coverage quality for both Irancell and Hamrah-e Aval operators is good for calls, and internet coverage is 4G.
It should be noted that the last 20 meters of the road leading to the accommodation is a dirt road, passable by car.
Please be aware that construction is taking place on the property grounds, but the construction process will be completely halted during guests' stay.
The access road to Dalakhani Forest is fully paved but winding, steep, and narrow in some sections. For safe travel, driving at a safe speed is essential. Please note that amenities are only available at the beginning of the forest entrance road.
