این ویلا یکخوابه با حیاطی دلباز و ایوانی دلنشین در شهر پارسیان واقع شده است.
اطراف حیاط ویلا با دیوار محصور است و مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه با پیمودن حدود 800 متر به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی پیدا کنند.
