این ویلا یکخوابه مستر با استخر روباز، حیاطی دلباز، آتشدان و تاب ریلکسی بعد از شهرک جعفرطیار و با فاصله حدود 10 کیلومتری از دزفول واقع شده است.
اطراف حیاط ویلا با دیوار محصور است و کوچه نیز دارای نگهبان 24 ساعته می باشد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه فاصله اقامتگاه تا سوپرمارکت و نانوایی حدود 500 متر است.
