This two-bedroom villa with an open garden, ping pong table, and sound system is located in the village of Tang Chenar, a suburb of مهریز, which is about 75 kilometers away from Yazd historical city.
The design of the villa is such that on the ground floor, it has a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet, and with access to about 10 steps from the outside of the house, the room is located along with a ping pong table.
To provide daily necessities, a supermarket and a bakery are available about 200 meters away from the residence, as well as mobile phone antennas for two operators, Irancell and Hamrah Aval, for good conversations and 4G internet coverage.
It should be noted that about 50 meters of the path leading to the residence is dirt and smooth.
