این ویلا یکخوابه با حیاطی دلباز و فضای دورهمی در روستای رهق با فاصله حدود 50 کیلومتری از کاشان روی شیب جاده واقع شده است.
اطراف محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور است و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
