این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با حیاطی دلباز و با فاصله نزدیکی از رودخانه در روستای زیبای پیرهرات واقع شده است که تا اسالم حدود 6 کیلومتر و تا جنگل گیسوم حدود 7 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
خانه دارای سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد، حیاط ویلا از دو طرف با دیوار و از دو طرف به سمت جنگل با فنس محصور شده است و میزبان نیز در همسایگی ویلا سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 200 متری و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری اقامتگاه استفاده نمایند.
