این ویلا یکخوابه مستر با دسترسی حدود 35 پله به همراه استخر سرپوشیده و حیاطی با چشم انداز در روستای رستم کلا واقع شده است که با بهشهر حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محوطه اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده و ساختمان بر روی شیب قرار دارد، در نظر داشته باشید که تنها حمام و سرویس بهداشتی داخل ویلا در اتاق خواب قرار دارد و یک سرویس ایرانی نیز در حیاط تعبیه شده است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند با طی مسافت حدود دو کیلومتری به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی داشته باشند.
