این خانه ویلایی یک خوابه با حیاطی دنج در محله تازه آباد جنگاه واقع شده است که تا شهر سیاهکل حدود 10 کیلومتر و تا لاهیجان و رشت حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
حیاط اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در محوطه سکونت دارد که از این رو حیاط به صورت مشترک قابل استفاده است.
قابل ذکر است محوطه حیاط مجهز به دوربین مدابسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 300 متری اقامتگاه استفاده نمایند.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
