این ویلا سوئیسی دو خوابه با بالکنی دلباز و حیاطی دلنشین در روستای گنجار با فاصله حدود 15 کیلومتری از شهر شفت واقع شده است.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ایست که پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس فرنگی در طبقه پایین و دو اتاق خواب در طبقه بالا تعبیه شده است.
اطراف محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور است و در نظر داشته باشید که ویلا فاقد سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه فاصله ویلا تا سوپرمارکت و نانوایی حدود 100 متر است.
آنتن دهی تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکلمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
