House with Cloud Ocean View in Filband

This furnished three-bedroom house, with a balcony overlooking the cloud ocean, is located on the upper floor of a two-story, two-unit building, in the style of mountain houses, on a gentle slope in the summer resort area of Filband.
The area around the house is enclosed by a wall, and the host also resides on the lower floor of the same building, where the entrance and courtyard are shared. For added security, the entrance and courtyard are equipped with CCTV cameras.
Dear guests can use the supermarket about 100 meters away and the bakery 800 meters from the accommodation for their daily needs.
Please note that the host can prepare and serve local bread with prior coordination and separate payment.
It should be noted that the accommodation's fuel is supplied via LPG cylinders.
Mobile phone reception for both Irancell and Hamrah-e Aval operators is good for calls, and internet access is 4G for Irancell but weak for Hamrah-e Aval.
It is worth mentioning that about 20 meters of the road leading to the accommodation is a dirt road.
The access road to Filband branches off from Haraz Road. This winding mountain road has steep slopes and narrow widths in some places. It is essential to ensure the technical safety of the vehicle and drive carefully along this route, and it is preferable to plan to drive to the destination during daylight hours.
Sunrise and sunset, the cloud ocean, the scenic views of Sangchal village, and the forests of Chalav and Alimestan are some of the attractions and tourist areas of Filband and its surroundings.
