The surrounding area of the house is fenced with a wall, and the host also resides on the lower floor of the same building, with shared entrance and yard access. For increased security, the entrance and yard are equipped with CCTV cameras.
Dear guests can use the supermarket, approximately 100 meters away, and the bakery, 800 meters away from the accommodation, for their daily needs.
