This one-bedroom master villa with a bathroom and an open yard is located in a safe and quiet environment in the village of Sarbast, about 15 km from Sepidan (Ardakan) and about 80 km from شیراز.
The surroundings of the courtyard are walled and a caretaker unit is present in the grounds 24 hours a day, while the entrance gate and courtyard are shared with other guests living in the pergolas.
A bakery and supermarket for daily necessities can be reached at a distance of about 400 meters.
