طراحی خانه به صورت دوبلکس است و طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب مستر، سرویس ایرانی و بالکن و طبقه بالا دارای نشیمن، دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد.
سرایدار در پارکینگ سکونت دارد و به منظور برقراری و حفظ امنیت اقامتگاه به دوربین مداربسته مجهز شده است که مشاعات را پوشش می دهد.
