این ویلا سه خوابه با حیاطی دلباز در منطقه دشتی با فاصله حدود 5 کیلومتری از شهر پارسیان واقع شده است.
اطراف محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور است و لازم به ذکر است که سرویس ایرانی اقامتگاه در حیاط قرار دارد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه با پیمودن حدود 150 متر به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی پیدا کنند.
