این واحد یکخوابه در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی در یک مجموعه اقامتی 4 واحدی دارای ایوان، رستوران و حیاطی دلباز در روستای کفشگیری از توابع خطیر آباد با فاصله حدود 14 کیلومتری از شهر گرگان واقع شده است.
این واحد دارای سالن نشیمن، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی و ایرانی و همچنین فاقد آشپزخانه و امکانات پخت و پز می باشد.
اطراف حیاط مجموعه از دو طرف با دیوار و از دو طرف دیگر با فنس محصور می باشد و نگهبان نیز در محوطه سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
گفتنی است سرو غذا در وعده صبحانه، ناهار و شام با هماهنگی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکان پذیر می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 700 متری اقامتگاه استفاده نمایند.
