This bedroom-less cabin, accessible via approximately 7 steps, is located on the second floor of a two-story, two-unit building with a wooden facade. It features a balcony, a garden area, and a spacious terraced courtyard (with approximately 15 steps) in a pristine, mountainous region with easy access to the mountain and river in Kan Sologhan village, approximately 4 km from Tehran's Shahrān area.
This unit (lacking cooking facilities) includes a double bed, traditional bedding, furniture, a TV, a dual-purpose split AC unit, and a bathroom with a Western toilet. An Iranian toilet is also available for shared use in the complex's restaurant area.
The area around the complex's courtyard is unfenced. The host resides on the lower floor of the same building, and a 24-hour security unit is stationed within the complex, with the entrance and grounds used communally.
Sitting in the spacious courtyard of this accommodation, due to its proximity to the river and the presence of a pomegranate garden on the premises, along with a swing, barbecue, daybed, a unique traditional restaurant, and the pleasant sound of sparrows, creates sweet moments for our esteemed guests.
Guests can purchase their daily necessities from a supermarket and bakery located approximately one kilometer from the accommodation.
It is worth noting that food service for lunch and dinner is available with prior arrangement and separate payment, either inside the unit or in the accommodation's spacious garden restaurant.

Please note that after parking your car in the private parking lot, you will walk approximately 200 meters, passing through the complex's restaurant and the river's overpass bridge, to reach the beautiful grounds of the accommodation.
