این خانه روستایی یکخوابه با ایوانی دلباز، چشم انداز کوه و حیاطی دلنشین با دسترسی حدود 10 پله در جوار چند خانه روستایی دیگر در روستای اساس با فاصله حدود 7 کیلومتری از پل سفید واقع شده است.
اطراف محوطه این خانه روستایی از دو طرف با دیوار و دو طرف دیگر با فنس محصور است و میزبان نیز در محوطه سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه ورودی و حیاط نیز به صورت مشترک با میزبان و مهمانان دیگر ساکن در محوطه استفاده می گردد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه فاصله قامتگاه تا سوپرمارکت و نانوایی حدود 300 متر است.
