این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه همراه با ایوان و چشم انداز جنگل در محوطه دنج و آرام به وسعت یک هکتار در روستای آغوزبن منطقه کالیکلا واقع شده است که تا منطقه گردشگری سد لفور حدود 15 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محوطه اطراف کلبه با فنس محصور شده است و جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی به سمت خیابان و پارکینگ مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
در این اقامتگاه سفارش نان، محصولات محلی و وعده های غذایی (صبحانه، ناهار، شام) با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکانپذیر است تا مهمانان بتوانند از لذت غذاهای محلی بهره مند شوند.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند با طی مسافت حدود 2 کیلومتر به سپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی داشته باشند و دسترسی به دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و اینترنت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است یک کیلومتر مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه بصورت شن ریزی شده و قابل تردد با انواع خودرو است.
