The accommodation is set on a gentle slope, with its surroundings enclosed by a wall. The host resides on the ground floor of the same property, so the entrance gate and yard are shared with the host and guests of the adjacent suite (on the first floor).
Guests can access a supermarket and bakery by walking approximately 200 meters.
