The accommodation is situated on a gentle slope of land, with its surroundings enclosed by a wall. The host resides on the ground floor of the same accommodation, so the entrance gate and courtyard are shared with the host and guests of the adjacent suite (on the first floor).
Dear guests can access a supermarket and bakery by walking approximately 200 meters.
The quality of phone lines for both Irancell and Hamrah Aval operators is good for calls, and internet access is 4G.
The tap water quality in this area is not suitable for drinking, so it is recommended to bring bottled water. Also, the accommodation does not have city gas piping, and its fuel for cooking is supplied via a liquid gas cylinder.
It should be noted that about 200 meters of the road leading to the accommodation is unpaved, and the last 20 meters up to the main door of the building are concreted.
Generally, the access road to Javaherdeh is an asphalted but forested and winding road. Due to the high popularity of the area, this road becomes very crowded and busy on holidays and weekends, and given the road's slope, driving on it requires skill. It is recommended to manage your travel time to avoid traffic, and preferably plan to drive to the destination during daylight hours, as due to the forested nature, the road is often foggy, and visibility on a foggy night is very poor.
