این سوئیت مبله یکخوابه با حیاط دنج با دسترسی 6 پله به سمت پایین در طبقه زیر همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه سه واحدی در منطقه ای امن و آرام در محله احشام شهر پارسیان واقع شده است.
طراحی سوئیت به صورت پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام می باشد و سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی و فرنگی در حیاط اقامتگاه قرار دارد.
محیط اطراف حیاط اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور است و میزبان در طبقه بالا سکونت دارد به گونه ای که دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک با تنها یک واحد مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر حیاط و ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 300 متری از سوئیت استفاده نمایند.
