این آپارتمان مبله دو خوابه که یک اتاق خواب آن مستر است با دسترسی حدود 35 پله در طبقه سوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه سه واحدی در شهر بوشهر واقع شده است.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر)، تراس و سرویس ایرانی (در تراس) می باشد، لازم به ذکر است تنها حمام و سرویس فرنگی این واحد در اتاق خواب و تنها سرویس ایرانی در تراس قرار دارد.
میزبان در طبقه همکف سکونت دارد و دروازه ورودی و راه پله به صورت مشترک با بقیه ساکنین قابل استفاده است، همچنین برای تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی، راه پله و کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 20 متری در دسترس قرار دارد.
گفتنی است آب لوله کشی این واحد فاقد کیفیت مناسب جهت آشامیدن می باشد لذا توصیه می شود با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشید.
