This mud-brick cottage is located in the pleasant village of Jirgovabar, approximately 7 km from the entrance to Lahijan city. This unit is part of a 3-unit accommodation complex situated on a 1500 sqm plot. The entire property is fenced, but there are no fences between the individual cottages. A caretaker resides on the premises and will assist guests as much as possible to ensure a pleasant stay. For added security, the entrance gate is equipped with CCTV cameras. Please note that two loyal guard dogs also live on the property. The cottage features a kitchen, a double bed, and a bathroom with a Western-style toilet. There is no Iranian (squat) toilet available. Mobile network coverage for Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls, and 3G internet access is available. A grocery store is located 5 km from the cottage, but it is recommended to do your main shopping for essentials in the city. The water supply is sourced from a well; we advise guests to use it for washing and to purchase bottled water for drinking. The accommodation's fuel is supplied via LPG cylinders. The access road to the accommodation is asphalt, with the last 500 meters leading to the cottage being unpaved (dirt) and uphill, which is passable by any type of car.
