این ویلای سوئیسی دو خواب دارای استخر روباز آبگرم، حیاط و تراس دلباز مجهز به میز و صندلی با چشم انداز کوه و جنگل در روستای بونده و فاصله حدود 9 کیلومتری از محمودآباد واقع شده است.
ویلا در طبقه اول دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب مستر و حمام با وان جکوزی و سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه دوم دو اتاق خواب و تراس قرار دارد.
