The accommodation's yard is enclosed by a wall and fence. The last 500 meters of the access road to the property are unpaved, but this path is accessible by any type of vehicle.
Access to a bakery and supermarket is possible approximately one kilometer from the villa. Mobile network coverage for Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls, and 4G internet access is available.
