این سوئیت 85 متری در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی و در مجاورت 5 ساختمان مشابه دیگر در یک اقامتگاه بوم گردی در روستای سرسبز و خوش آب و هوای آغوزبن واقع شده است که حدود 10 کیلومتر با لفور و حدود 30 کیلومتر با شیرگاه فاصله دارد.
این سوئیت دارای نشیمن، (فاقد امکانات پخت و پز)، یک اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد، همچنین از مشاعات این مجموعه می توان به رستوران، باربیکیو، حیاط و پارکینگ اشاره کرد.
